Return and Refund Policy

At Bill’s Home Center, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the products they receive. However, we understand that there may be situations where a return or refund is necessary. Therefore, we have a clear return and refund policy to make the process as simple and transparent as possible.

Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.

Refunds: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If the item(s) meet the criteria, we will process a refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items: If an item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) and will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.

Exclusions: Some items may not be eligible for a return or refund due to their nature, such as customized or special order items. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
